How it works
We agree the scope and fee before starting. Send the relevant draft or records, and we return our work with a concise list of questions where clarification is needed. One-off assignments and ongoing support are available.
The inspecting surveyor remains responsible for the inspection, findings, diagnoses, condition ratings, recommendations and final report. You review and approve all work before issue.
