Enhanced Drone Inspection
A closer look at visible roofs, chimneys and other high areas where safe and practical. Availability depends on weather, access, airspace and privacy restrictions. Concealed defects cannot be identified.
Thermographic Survey
Thermal images can help identify temperature anomalies when conditions are suitable. They do not confirm the cause of damp or reveal concealed construction.
Reinstatement Cost Assessment
An indicative rebuilding cost for buildings insurance, using property information and RICS BCIS data. This is not a market valuation.
Budget Repair Costs — Level 3 only
Indicative budget costs for selected repairs identified in your Level 3 report, where agreed at booking. These are planning figures, not contractor quotations. Obtain contractor quotations before committing to significant work. Decoration, kitchen and bathroom replacement allowances are not included.
Survey Plus — Level 3 only
An optional Level 3 package combining agreed budget repair costs, drone inspection where safe and practical, and thermal imaging when conditions are suitable. We confirm the scope and fee when you book. Send any questions about your report by email so we can review the findings and respond. Further inspections and specialist investigations are separate services.
Move In Pack — vacant properties only
A separate planning pack with approximate room dimensions, an indicative floor plan, window recess measurements, furniture-access pinch points and visible service controls. Suppliers must check dimensions before you order. This is not a measured building survey, and services are not tested.
