What is the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 survey?
A Level 2 survey is generally suitable for conventionally built homes in reasonable condition. A Level 3 survey provides more detailed advice and is usually better suited to older, altered or more complex properties. Both are visual inspections of accessible areas.
