A Level 3 survey is usually suitable for older, altered or more complex homes. It gives more detailed advice on the building’s condition, defects and repairs. We inspect accessible areas; concealed parts cannot be assessed fully and services are not tested. Repair cost advice is only included if agreed when booking.
